Health coaching is a great resource that can support your success throughout your wellness journey. Whether you are new to setting wellness goals or you are a pro, like having a supportive accountability partner and want to connect your values to your goals then Health Coaching could be for you!

What can I expect from a Health Coach?

Health Coaches support you along your holistic wellness journey (explained soon, keep reading)!  You are the driver in health coaching, and your Health Coach is there to provide support and motivation along the way. They work to create a partnership with you so you can identify and achieve positive changes with a focus on lifestyle, not fads or short-term trends. Along the way, Health Coaches help you develop a growth mindset to ensure you enjoy working towards your holistic wellness goals and healthy habits. When you work with a Health Coach, you can expect the following:

πŸ’– Guidance along the self-discovery process to support your long-term success

πŸ’– Being met where you are to help you create lasting holistic wellness habits

What does β€œholistic wellness” mean?

Holistic wellness encompasses multiple facets of wellness. To create a more comprehensive picture of wellness, holistic wellness includes the following:

What exactly does a health coaching session look like?

The first health coaching session is geared towards getting to know you - learning about your background with holistic wellness, your vision for your health and your strengths and values. Each health coaching session also dedicates time to identifying one or more short-term goals.Your Health Coach will ask you questions that will help you set short-term goals that feel doable, connected to your long-term objectives and excited about achieving the goal or goals.

What do I need to do before a health coaching session?

Nothing! Health Coaches will get to know you over the course of your time together so they can best support you throughout the health coaching process. Coming to your sessions with an

open mind and a willingness to talk about yourself will help you make the most of your time.


Can I try health coaching before purchasing a session?

If you are a GLOW passholder, you sure can! More details about the logistics of your first sessions are below.

Following your free session you will receive a summary email that outlines the topics discussed during your health coaching sessions as well as the short-term goals that you set during the conversation.
